Navaratri 2016

Jai Shree Krishna.

The Executive committee of the Shree Rajput Dhobi Samaj invites all its community members to join in and participate in this years Navratri celebrations.

Navaratri is a festival dedicated to the worship of Ma Durga. The word Navaratri means 'nine nights' in Sanskrit, nava meaning nine and ratri meaning nights. During these nine nights and ten days, nine forms of Maa Devi are worshipped. The tenth day is commonly referred to as Dussehra. Navaratri is an important major festival in our calendar and is celebrated all over India. So join us in celebrating this very auspicious festival with all its charms and glamour
